Foundation preview — Our first edition is in preparation.

Commercial relationships

You should know what’s behind a link.

Shopping can support independent publishing. The relationship should always be clear.

01

Editorial links

An editorial link points to a source or merchant without a commercial relationship attached to that link. Inclusion is not a paid endorsement.

02

Affiliate links

If you follow a link labeled affiliate and make a qualifying purchase, the publisher may earn a commission. The relevant link will carry a nearby disclosure. No actual affiliate arrangements have been configured in this development edition.

03

Sponsored placements

Paid placements and commissioned commercial features must be clearly labeled as sponsored near the placement and at the beginning of the relevant feature. Sponsorship must not be presented as independent testing or ordinary editorial selection.

04

Publisher-owned interests

If the publisher owns or operates a recommended commercial business, that interest must be disclosed beside the recommendation. No publisher-owned commercial brand has been introduced here. The architecture allows this relationship without favoring it.

05

What this development edition contains

There are no active merchants, offers or affiliate links in this edition. Synthetic commercial examples are kept in automated tests, outside the public catalog.

06

Our editorial commitment

The value of a selection must hold up without a commission. Offer ordering does not favor affiliate, sponsored or owned relationships. An object can remain in editorial content after its purchase links disappear.

07

Before a commercial launch

The policy needs review against the publisher’s actual business, jurisdictions and signed relationships. These are editorial operating commitments, not a claim of completed legal review.
